Guest access:

Guests have access to all rooms in the chalet, the entire property, and parking for 4 vehicles.

On the property, nestled in the mountains and surrounded by nature, guests have access to:

•   Two private lakes with water sports equipment for rent and fishing permitted in season;

•   Hiking and nature trails for walking or snowshoeing;

•   A nature yoga area;

• A climbing wall, a member of the Quebec Climbing Federation; and

•   Direct access to the Aerobic Corridor Park (a 58km multi-use recreational trail built on a former railway) for walking, cycling (rentals available), and snowmobiling. Nearby, guests can enjoy several activities such as:

•   Ski slopes and activities at Mont-Tremblant & Mont Blanc;

•   Golf courses at Mont-Tremblant, Heritage, and Montebello;

•   Sandy beach at Brébeuf;

•   Visits and restaurants at the Montebello rest stop village;

•   Various attractions, festivals, and local eateries. Also available in the chalet: massage therapy and catering services to pamper you!

Guest Interaction:

The Guest Services team are on-site at the Clubhouse to welcome you during opening hours and is available on call in case of emergency.

Other information to note:

NEIGHBORHOOD PEACE AND QUIET – At all times, it is essential to respect the peace and quiet of the neighborhood. No excessive noise will be tolerated after 10:00 PM to avoid complaints. Fees will be charged for non-compliance with these rules.

MAXIMUM GUEST CAPACITY – The maximum number of guests may not exceed the number allocated to the cottage at any time.

No Parties.

The BBQ is available from May 1st to October 31st.

NO PETS. A fee of $200 + tax per day will apply for the presence of an undeclared pet, except in cottages that accept pets. Please note that barking is considered excessive noise and measures will be taken accordingly.

Private parking is available at the chalet entrance. No permits are allowed along the roadside.

Our facilities are entirely non-smoking. A fee of $200 + tax per day will be charged for any violation of this rule.

DAMAGE / BREAKAGE / THEFT - Fees may be charged to cover any damage, breakage, or theft to the chalet, furniture, items, or other property, as well as any additional cleaning fees required at the end of your stay to restore the chalet to its original condition.

Kanata Tremblant reserves the right to terminate the rental at any time if the guest fails to comply with the terms and conditions or violates the applicable regulations.

Kanata Tremblant will not provide any financial compensation related to weather-related disruptions that may cause interruptions in satellite television, internet access, electricity, or water service. We will take all necessary steps to address these situations promptly.

Clubhouse Check-In: 695 Rockway Valley Road, Amherst J0T 2L0 (enter this address into your GPS). Find the Clubhouse Road entrance (Gate A). The Clubhouse will be on your right, a little further up. For late arrivals (after Clubhouse hours), guests must contact Kanata Tremblant Customer Service for directions to the Kanata Tremblant site and their chalet.

Customer Service is available on-site at the Clubhouse during opening hours; on call for emergencies.
