The Kozy chalet is a modern and bright retreat of approximately 2,700 sq. ft., nestled in the heart of a private forest within the Kanata Tremblant estate. Just 20 minutes from the village of Mont-Tremblant and 30 minutes from the Mont-Tremblant ski resort, in the magnificent Laurentians, bordering the Outaouais region.

• With its climbing wall, a member of the Quebec Climbing Federation; 
• Direct access to the Aerobic Corridor Park (a 58km multi-use recreational trail built on a former railway) for walking, cycling (rentals available), and snowmobiling.

Guest interaction:
The Customer Service team is on-site at the Clubhouse to welcome you during opening hours and is available on call in case of emergency.

Other information to note:

NEIGHBORHOOD PEACE AND QUIET – At all times, it is essential to respect the peace and quiet of the neighborhood. No excessive noise will be tolerated after 10:00 PM to avoid complaints. Fees will be charged for violations of these rules.

MAXIMUM GUEST CAPACITY – The maximum number of guests may not exceed the number allocated to the cottage at any time.

No parties.

The BBQ is available from May 1st to October 31st.

NO PETS. A fee of $200 + tax per day will apply for the presence of an undeclared pet, except for cottages that accept pets. Please note that barking is considered excessive noise and measures will be taken accordingly.

Private parking is available at the entrance to the cottage. No permits are allowed along the roadside.

Our facilities are entirely NON-SMOKING. A fee of $200 + tax per day will be charged for any violation of this rule.

DAMAGE / BREAKAGE / THEFT - Fees may be charged to cover any damage, breakage, or theft to the chalets, furniture, items, or other belongings, as well as any additional cleaning fees required at the end of your stay to restore the chalet to its original condition.

Kanata Tremblant reserves the right to terminate the rental at any time if the guest fails to comply with the terms and conditions or violates the applicable regulations.

Kanata Tremblant will not provide any financial compensation related to weather-related disruptions that may cause interruptions in satellite television, internet access, electricity, or water service. We will take all necessary steps to address these issues promptly.

Clubhouse Check-In:

695 Rockway Valley Road, Amherst J0T 2L0 (enter this address into your GPS). Find the Clubhouse Road entrance (Gate A). The Clubhouse will be on your right, a little further up.

For late arrivals (after Clubhouse hours), guests must contact Kanata Tremblant Customer Service for directions to the Kanata Tremblant site and their chalet.
